from one medium to another.

Before the professional titles,
there was the desire to make.

My story with art starts with that early curiosity. Art By Basel looks at the personal work that grew from it, rather than the buildings, commissions or professional milestones.

Here, a drawing can sit beside a wooden object, a painting beside a digital experiment. The connection is not a single style. It is the person making them.

What happens when
an idea changes material?

A line, a colour, a piece of wood, an image on a screen. I do not see these as separate identities. They are different ways of giving an idea form. This archive brings them together, leaving room for early work, changes of direction and the experiments still to come.
